Appreciate there are a few concerns with the kind of player he is and his off-field antics, but you can easily forget just how lacking we are in quality when it comes to basic things like keeping hold of the ball and sustaining pressure. Didn't watch last night but seen a few mention how sloppy we were in the final third. We're crying out for quality up there.

We're massively short of quality.

Makes no sense to me to pay £10mil to loan Grealish when El Khannouss has a £22.5mil release clause.

I suppose Grealish is a 'statement' signing (on loan) that may attract others but El Khannouss has lots of potential and we'd benefit from him long term.
