They definitely weren't ST resale at 10am.

How it's happened I've no idea and I'd be unhappy if I'd have been in the ballot and been unsuccessful but it was definitely this stage that happened at 10am.

Should the ballot not lead to a sell-out, a second sales window will instead open at 10am on the Friday for Forever Blue Members. Tickets in this sales window will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to supporters purchasing online, over the phone (0151 556 1878) or in person. Forever Blue+ Members who did not apply during the ballot phase will also be eligible to buy during this window.

Once the match has sold out, the Resale window will then open for Forever Blue+ and Forever Blue Members

But surely they have software to maximise seating. The vagueness of the areas you selected, plus the back up option should mean only a few would fall into this category. If they haven't, it's scandalous!

The way the process appeared to be working last night it seemed that tickets were being allocated by the box office staff. I'd have to go back on here and check but it looked like people started to get allocated tickets early evening and it was going on towards midnight. That feels like a manual process or software run on a commodore 64.

I’ve been refunded one of duplicates and it will go back on the re-sale platform… same for everyone else

Just emailed the club, whether i’ll get a reply i don’t know but i think it’s absolutely ridiculous the fact we haven’t heard anything about this.

I have the same thing showing on my app as your earlier post. I think it means the tickets you applied for. I tried clicking on them and it crashed the app. Again and again. No money taken for the three tickets I applied for, so reading between the lines…
I agree it’s poor from the club but have a look at the transfer thread for some real rage and disappointment.

I'm the same, got 3 tickets in 229 & 3 in 231, currently on hold trying to get through to box office trying to cancel 3 of them and get refund. been on hold for nearly half an hour now.

I wouldn't have thought that seated the maximum would be out of reach of a huge organisation. I'm gutted for those who have fallen through the 'Everton' cracks!

I think I'd be more sanguine about it if I hadn't purchased Forever Blue+ membership as soon as it went on sale for all four of us, and entered the ballot as soon as it opened.

I've done everything I can to give the kids the best chance I could of being there for Brighton, but the club not telling me whether or not I was successful in the ballot has meant I've missed out on getting anything this morning.

Yeah I'd be raging. Nearly did the same but fortunately wife and child decided to stay at hotel while I went. Might be same pattern going forward FFS

If you’ve been given extra tickets by their error - you won’t get emailed them unless you cancel the extra one(s)

Yeah I'm not sure mate to be honest. It feels like an even bigger balls up with every message you read.

I put it on here earlier but I think it is definitely feasible that after a late night they intended to finish allocating the tickets through the ballot this morning. However the next stage of the sale was set to go live on ticketmaster at 10am and they forgot to stop it.

Therefore the tickets that hadn't yet been allocated appeared available to anybody who had access to that second window.

All I know for certainty is they were not ST resale tickets available at 10am this morning unless something else was wrong with the system/software and they were appearing as general admission when infact they were resale. The one I had in my basket was top row, corner of north and east, which I think is unlikely to have been somebodies ST pick.

Shouldn't really apply the same time slot for two different conditions, that's the first mistake. Avoid confusion and split it
