I'm the same, got 3 tickets in 229 & 3 in 231, currently on hold trying to get through to box office trying to cancel 3 of them and get refund. been on hold for nearly half an hour now.

It says that if the initial ballot was sold out then the resale window will open. I don't think the initial ballot sold out. The tickets that were available for sale this morning were all highlighted green. Which for the last 2 or 3 seasons has indicated general admission. Resale tickets have historically been highlighted in pink and marked as resale. I didn't see any of those.

Plus, I've seen a few people saying they can't list their ST for resale yet which also suggests the resale window is yet to happen.

Just emailed the club, whether i’ll get a reply i don’t know but i think it’s absolutely ridiculous the fact we haven’t heard anything about this.

Did you tick both boxes on the ballot application? The first one was worded weird and if you ticked it it said you didn’t want to be considered for other parts of the ground. I’m sure a few will have made this mistake.
