My question would be is he at the level right now, that if he came in, Moyes would go bang you're our starting RW over McNeil this season starting at Leeds? I'm not so sure he'd do it.
Still seems to lack structure - there’s not a hope in hell klopp does thisI think we prioritised one winger of the best quality available we could attract mate, be it either side with the idea that Ndiaye is capable of playing both.
There’s a LOT of variables thereYup. But suppose 1 season of Branthwaite and we wanted £70million (I know other factors).
If he’s as good as they think, we are a good move for him. He’d be stupid to crave CL and sit on a bench for 2 seasons. And if he came here he’d immediately be our best right back.
Disagree, failed public bids now after Moyes stuff to the press lately would be disastrous PR.The amount we've bid, plus the timing, plus Paul Joyce reporting it and calling us Ev, suggests to me: Phantom Bid - i.e., the club making it look like "see, we tried".
It's right out the William Kenwright wheelhouse this one.

No, nor should he.My question would be is he at the level right now, that if he came in, Moyes would go bang you're our starting RW over McNeil this season starting at Leeds? I'm not so sure he'd do it.
I think we should by the best players we can and build the team and tactics accordingly. Buying the best left winger available to us and moving NDiaye to the right might be a better combination than buying the best right winger available and keeping NDiaye in the left. There’s no need for us to be rigid in how we play.Itis the lack of structure, cannot sign a certain payer so we change our entire MO for next season squad shape????
Was still going on.And what was the conclusion?
I agree, but it's about f-time we took some risks. He has potential but is nowhere near the finished product. Anything over £15 million is a risk.
How much would we sell Harrison Armstrong for?We can't be that desperate can we ? He's an exciting young player, but I don't see anything in his playing history or his highlights video to justify a price tag much over £15 to £20m.
You are more optimistic than me and I commend that.Disagree, failed public bids now after Moyes stuff to the press lately would be disastrous PR.
He'd start McNeil just like he'll start Beto ahead of Barry. Remember he didn't play Baines at first preferring an out of position Lescott insteadMy question would be is he at the level right now, that if he came in, Moyes would go bang you're our starting RW over McNeil this season starting at Leeds? I'm not so sure he'd do it.
