We've been saying that since 01 July.

So No!

But at least there were some sort of links (no matter how potentially unreliable these were)... you know players that we (the royal we) had excuses for, like waiting to come back from a tour in Japan, or wait for the big boys to make their moves and we clean up the rest, or still in Brazil / holiday after the club world cup U21s etc

Now there is not very much and just the GOT threads for the same above players which seemingly are going nowhere.

Feels like nothing new, so maybe we are as tight lipped as people say we are and from 1st August 2 weeks before the start of the Premier League Season.... bang 3 players modelling our 3rd kit and ready to be involved against United at the weekend!

I think Moyes thought that fanbase coupled with our history and a new stadium would bring the players in.

But instead, the players are looking at "fighting relegation for the last three seasons" and said thanks but no thanks.

We could get tohse deals done fairly quickly, that seems to be the requisite

Defo, Hamer wouldn’t be too expensive either and he’s a great passer and can play AM or deeper.

Rudoni may be more expensive but worth it. Can score goals and great delivery from set pieces.

Defo, Hamer wouldn’t be too expensive either and he’s a great passer and can play AM or deeper.

Rudoni may be more expensive but worth it. Can score goals and great delivery from set pieces.

We need quality, not just bodies. These players aren't terrible but they don't get into the teams of anyone we're competing with next season.

Worst thing we can do is panic buy a load of sub par players that we're then stuck with for the next 4 or 5 years.

The list thing is dubious though, why is the rumour mill so thin despite our obvious requirement. Is it competence or incompetence? Difficult to make up the mind.

I’m not worried as I just said we would of got 60 points we Moyes last year, we got a decent team, and we will get more players, we lost to both West Ham and Bournemouth but 4 of the 5 goals where mistakes by our team, something you want to happen in preseason.
Missing Pickford, JB and Tarks is huge, 3 of our better players

Well, if they get injuries this will be what we’re left with as things stand…
