I’ve just had my Roma ticket via email. When you add it to your phone wallet, it’s very similar in format to the digital season tickets sent out yesterday.

The email delivering my ticket was timed at 11:49. It doesn’t seem likely that they’d stagger delivery over a couple of days, so if you’ve not had yours by the end of today, perhaps you should contact fan services. (Have you checked your spam folder?).

Had mine 1 hour ago, getting used to this wallet thing now. It will be nice to sit in the seat I will be in all season. I will soon get depressed though when I hear the team announced !!!

Yeah checked Spam and nothing there, typical Everton always end up having to ring them or go down the ground over something they should just get right

Already have the ST added via email yesterday, that was easy. Today had the email with the link to add the Roma ticket to apple wallet….. pressed add to wallet….. and yup, nothing went into the wallet. Unless it has been loaded to the ST? Would anyone know? or should it be a separate ticket.

Me too and the same for my son. iPhone, says Safari can’t download the ticket and goes to the previously viewed webpage

Ive called the club and they said there were some issues with the link and to try again later / tomorrow.

Just received my Roma ticket, had the season one yesterday. They are separate things in your wallet mate so you need to try the link in your Roma email again
