I’ve just received my digital season ticket but haven’t received anything (yet) for Roma, having bought my season ticket seat for that match. Am I right in thinking that people are receiving (or possibly have now all received) their Roma tickets by email? If so, I’ll give it until tomorrow and then contact fan services.
Just received my Digital season ticket but not Roma so im presuming because its season ticket seat the Roma game will be loaded on to season ticket and we use that to gain entry for Roma match? Let me know what fan services say please mate

Mate of mine was told by the club that season tickets will be sent out this week.

Will do. When I received the email confirmation (weeks ago) of EFC receiving my payment for my season ticket seat for the Roma game, EFC’s confirmation was explicitly clear that the Roma ticket would be sent to me by email. However, I share your view that it would make much more sense just to load Roma on to the digital ST. I’ll check with fan services if that’s what they’ve done, in the event that no Roma ticket turns up via email.

Had mine, downloaded to my wallet,says I can't use as I don't have NFC,rang them they said ring back Monday and they'll issue paper tickets,I asked if it would be the same issue with the season tickets,the girl said yes but there will be a form attached when they send them out to apply for the physical cards, they're cutting things fine as usual by the looks of it
That's strange.
They've been insistent throughout that there's no longer any paper tickets available.

Got mine today..added it to Google wallet but it's not like previous where there was a bar code at the bottom..there is symbol at the top ..presumably that's what you scan at the turnstile?It'll be an email with an option to add your ticket to either apple wallet or google wallet.
