the same people now saying we should have gone for easier targets are the same people who would have been kicking up a stink if we’d started the window with Coufal Soucek Longstaff Brownhill Callum Wilson etc.

Wouldn't be opposed to Souček if it meant we brought in some pace at RW and a proper RB.

You look at his stats he's pretty reliable, plays most games, chips in with goals. He's played over 180 games in the league, he could prove to ve a good addition.

I know it was only a friendly vs Bournemouth, but the midfield looked so weak, can't be pinning all our hopes on Gueye. He needs support. If it was Soucek perm deal and Douglas Luiz on loan on deadline day that's at least two extra bodies and improves us greatly.
