Hi all. I really wanted to show you this pic. Im sure Ive told you about my friend who has a herd of alpacas. Some time ago a feral farm cat moved in with them and spends all day hanging out with them. The cat also sleeps in the barn with them. She lets my friend stroke her and feed her but that's about it. After two litters of kittens, my friend successfully caught her and had her spayed. So she's been indoors recovering for a bit. Yesterday she rejoined the alpacas. I asked my friend if they had missed her. She sent me this with one word 'Absolutely'. It's just adorable

Romantic ? Depends how you define "row" I guess.

It could be a number of houses in in line but could equally be a quarrel or argument.

Well , what can I report?

Fingers crossed we've had 3 days of normality with Granny .

Built a new log store and took great pleasure in anally stacking the logs so as to get the maximum amount in as neatly as possible .

Went to ping pong practice today for the first time in ages and I was terrible!

More surprisingly I felt unfit and was blowing for tugs after 90 minutes so think I need to redouble my efforts in the gym.

Good to see we've signed a new FB , hopefully a lot more in the pipeline.

So trying to get a prescription, I have been told naproxen is not long term and can't be put on repeat. Wtf was the point then, so I'm back to square one. To say I'm fuming is an understatement.

Lifting and stacking logs is a work out in itself jazzy, no wonder you felt tired at the ping pong.

While away last week I took a trip into Salou and found myself in a Middlesbrough supporters bar . First time I have been in one but I do recommend it- really friendly staff and ice cold drinks make a good combo.

No it's all been done via email to the prescription team, that's what I was told. I have said about an alternative but no reply yet

Don't take this from them T the difference in your posts is incredible and that is how you should be all the time .You must find a way to get through to them ,me I would sit at the doctor's door until he repented .Good luck dealing with the idiots who decided this .
I had a very sick BIL and he was on such a cocktail of drugs he was hauled into hospital every 3-6 months when he started fitting too much to have them regulated ,the ones he was on should never have been taken together but the doctor said if that is the best then that is what they have to do .
So make sure you emphasise the benefits you have had whilst taking these new ones and say you are not going to be fobbed of to start the terrible headaches all over again .You can do it T.

Naproxen was the only thing that worked for me and I think I was on it about 2 years pre surgery. If it’s working for you it’s worth kicking up a fuss.

The alternative pronunciation of row never occurred to me to be honest. It is in fact a terrace of flint cottages, I’ll never look at them in the same light again.

My husband was on naproxen leading up to his op and his GP wouldn’t put it on repeat either. Will they not keep prescribing it for you and doing periodic checks such as blood tests to check your kidney function. Frustrating isn’t it. We had to ask for it every month but they did keep prescribing it as the GP said he knew it wasn’t a long term thing.

Good morning all on fine day ,I hope all are well and had a good night . We had fun yesterday when the wife went to the bank to find out how our new "bank remotes work " the new ones have a camera that will read qr codes ,it seems she entered a new password for it and forgot ! I had gotten mine to work but she thought it a fluke so went to the bank ,love can be shallow at times .
Yesterday was good with Matt although I found him still awake at 12.30 am ,old habits eh .We are off berry picking today with the hope of some wild 'shrooms
