Done what he needs to have done as CEO in the time he has been there I expect. He is still relatively new to the role, so there must be other things he wants to be working on back here - or, of course, he may just be going on holiday with his family like other human beings sometimes do in the summer!!

We're honouring annual leave he already had in the diary whilst at Leeds - but don't worry - he's handed his phone back to Chongy for a couple of weeks to get the deals over the line alongside choosing the paint colours for the loos at Hill Dicky.

Who needs a CEO, or indeed a CFO as well now, anyway - don't forget when others are worried about how to do things, they simply ask themselves "what would Everton do?"

We’d all agree with that FWIW, particularly now you’ve got such a great stage to play on. My guess is he ends up at Everton.

Only way Forest get him is if they pay a lot more. We do seem a bit obsessed with him to be fair, and occasionally Forest go really big on a player to get him (Milenkovic, and now MGW)

I'm actually not sure mate. Football as a recency bias and you finished ahead of us last season. I would say we are slightly ahead, but there's probably not a lot in it.

No but
a. He was in the twilight of his career and
b. He couldn't get me on the edge of my seat due to bloody Covid.

Who actually saw him play in the flesh apart from a handful of blues

Because it sounds like those that would have all said no. Moyes seems to be able to convince the younger lads about "the project" but the level of player we need to immediately improve us isn't bothered by all that, they understandably want a good chance of winning something now.

I'd rather that than resorting to overpaying for players we will be lumbered with well past their sell by date half way through their contracts - but it is going to take time and no guarantees how long.
