But ive just been looking back over his seasons stats in the PL and he seems to have a quite good avarage game rating.

So I'll admit defeat to him not being a bad player at arsenal.

But I still think he wont be able to keep up with the levels of the PL at his age

I have heard a lot about this Kubo chap but never looked him up until just now, there's something not quite right about his head and face. Looks a bit like someone's lobbed a Japanese face on Harry Maguires head.

Even so, if we paid a £10m loan fee and 50% of his wages that will cost us £20m for just one season. Can`t see City letting him go and having top fork out the best part of £200k per week, by the same token I don`t see Everton offering north of £100k per week which is 28.5% of his current salary.

Whilst he has that big contract at City I cant see him taking a 70% pay cut, can you.

Citeh are not in a position of strength here. We should all recognize it as we’ve been in this exact scenario with many players.
