I don’t know if there’s some turning point. What we’re seeing is the big clubs with all the money immediately scoop up who they want. They offer way more than we can and CL. Until we consistently move up the table and aren’t associated with relegation battles, we can only offer so much beyond a new stadium. So we’re in the slow roll of wait and hope and pray and maybes. It’ll change but not all at once. These frustrations are shared across all the leagues by all clubs in that 10-17th place range.

It's crazy. How to create a competitive league - allow the successful/ richest teams to spend the most money...? Makes no sense whatsoever.

I’m with you, mate. It’s such a leap between the top 6 and everyone else financially. It’s not right. I don’t know what the answer is. Maybe some sort of salary cap like other sports. I know the top 6 always winning fits the PLs narrative but for everyone else it reeks of corruption and it becomes stale.
