Nah, not really, it all depends on how I'm feeling and what I'm doing, etc., on the day.

There is a place..no pun intended down by the waterfront called Portland Fish and chips that am a big fan of.

Amazing crunchy batter hardly any grease,Top gaff.

Mate that's Hilarious...

One thing I will say is,you've got to be careful reading review platforms sometimes.

Not saying this didn't happen but it can be used by ex disgruntled employees or rivals trying to sully your name.

Give it go mate,it's a good gaff,just check they put the fish in.

Just smoked some wings on my Ninja wood fire grill.

Brilliant bit of kit

Just marinated 8 more with a Mustard & Maple rub...I'll leave them for hour and smoke them later.

Mate...you can literally smoke anything in it as long as you get it on the right setting.

That corn was incredible wasn't sure it would work but it came out the best out of everything.

I'd like to smoke the ingredients of a deep spice rub, see if it's possible to affect the taste that way. Hell, I've even looked at smoking salt, so that brining or lemon juicing some meat might take on some smoke. If I can think of a method, I'd try to smoke yogurt!

Cant see any of this being a problem.

All I did with the corn was season it,bang it in a tin foil try and bung it in.
