Rehan Ahmed Got a century and took 13 wickets. At the moment I prefer either Ahmed or Hartley over Bashir purely on bowling.
If you take their batting into consideration there's no contest.

When you think of the bowlers Tendulkar had to face though: Donald, Pollock, Warne, McGrath, Murali, Ambrose, Walsh, Wasim, Waqar, Defreitas...

I'm not sure the current generation of bowlers is up to that level. Bar Bumrah I'm not sure many would make all time lists.
