The latest from Gianni Balzarini is that Douglas Luiz's agent is back in Italy and promises Juventus that he'll turn up for training next week. He seems to think Luiz messed up by not showing up and needs to repair his image for his future club. Looking at Douglas and his brothers' social media, they haven't been posting, so no clues there beyond him still being in Brazil within the last few days. Other than the occasional rumor that another team might be in the mix, all reporting continues to show Everton as the only team in actual negotiations.

Looks like the fee is being narrowed down to circa £35mil.

That’s in response to you saying we wouldn’t have a sniff a year ago. Forest are were worse than us last year, so they wouldn’t have a sniff either. Now both of us might.

i’m saying mate the tables will turn

forest in europe ye - they won’t cope with it

if yout a footballer and you want to compete at a higher level

you chose everton - unless your a mercenary and want 5mill a week

If he’s deciding between us and Forest, he’s looking at getting some game time and putting himself in the shop window.
 
Apparently Fabio Capello reckons he’s going to explode at his next club.

In a good way, one hopes.

Not seeing where the LFC links are coming from? Perhaps someone can enlighten.

And the ManU ones are old news by now - again just read that they have been trying to negotiate players going the other way all summer.

So I doubt much has changed.
