Not good. I live in the USA now and try to get back for the occasional match with my dad, probably once a year. Now we have to fork over 120 pounds to enter a ballot for one match? These changes may make a few extra dollars short term but will hurt both new and dedicated fans who aren’t season ticket holders.
Yep. My man utd mate is fuming about it as its there already.Am just waiting now for the miss 5 games on your season ticket and you lose it. Or dont take your seat at cup times and you lose it.

Not sure games get changed 4 weeks out - i thought It's done in blocks well ahead of tickets going on sale? Even with last years situation for members you didn't know if you would get a ticket with it being fastest finger first. This ballot you only have to wait a few days extra to see if you have a ticket. I can't really understand the issue.
But the lack of choice is a little anoying, I reckon there must be some reason behind that decision but I can't work out what that is.
This is it for me. Seat Unique and sportsbreaks etc are ways for one off visitors tk guarantee seats and add a little bit of certainty to their trip. Members are more likely to be regular visitors, or more regular ballot entrants, so overall it will be cheaper to attend say, more than 4 games per season.People who buy with Sportsbreaks pay a premium to do so.
Just like you're paying a premium at £60, to have more access than the people who pay £30, or £0.
I think the likes of them, and SeatUnique are valuable in allowing a way to access tickets without paying for access to a lottery.

Ordininary hardworkin lad who has a pint before the game and a bag of chips then buggers off home at full time.
Fans like him seem not to be wanted.
He has just sent me this gem he is being threatened with now. Football as we knew it is fubaredView attachment 318282
Look on seat Unique and or sportsbreaks and you may get a guaranteed seat for the same price for a one off.Not good. Yes, that's the NFL model. Have franchises (so no relegation), keep wage expenditure down with a salary cap and draft, get massive subsidies from local authorities to build a stadium by threatening to move to another city, and make fans pay thousands for the right to apply for a season ticket.Yep. Not sure how it can be, unless these are averages. But, what does the average price ticket offer?
This, corrupt. BooooSure it's been said elsewhere, but as an out of town Blue who tries to go up a few times a season, this new system is an utter joke. If I'm planning a trip, I'll have to hope that I win a ballot and pray the game doesn't move for broadcast.
The fact you then don't get a choice of where you sit and this was revealed after the membership's went on sale (with the wording heavily implying that it was a first come, first served like previous memberships) are just an extra kick in the nads.
I've just read his comments and he doesn't mention Stonebridge?I'd much rather have the current capacity at the dock than a bigger at stonebridge.
Or pay over the odds for a match day experience,,no membership required.Quite a big change to the process, but not overly surprising. Only way to get tickets for almost all matches will be through having a membership.
