Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

I dont know what they are yet, but I dont trust them. No one should.

How many more lessons do the fans of this club need to finally learn that we should never be taken in by people who are not one of us?

How about the fact that in the business world they have an impeccable reputation Dave.

Moshiri I said from day one was a front man for Usmanov.

TFG are serious business people, and actually straight shooters.

Or continue to just moan for the sake of it.

Now it's we are second fiddle to Roma, a few months ago when they took over it was - Roma fans hate them etc...

Changing narrative to suit the fact you'll never ever be happy with the owner or the club or the manager as well that's your thing isn't it.

I know one thing: seeing is believing.

They (or their friends) can talk the talk about how we're lucky to be stabilised and how we can expect marginal gains with them yada yada yada, but that stability is stability for them also to make sure the club's fans pay back the debt they've taken on by securing the exploitation of the fans on pricing of everything related to supporting this club.

We'll have to wait and see whether any of that also goes into building a football team. Early signs aren't promising.

You also never thought they would be back for us when they pulled out, I stated at the time it was a strategy they used at Roma to ensure a reduced price as they are smart business people.

They have t exploited Roma fans, they reduced romas debt hugely, they invested heavily in the side.

Seeing is believing Dave. I've seen what they have done at their other team in a far less commercially viable league. There is zero reason to believe we are second fiddle to them.

Why, because they aren't connected in any personal way to either city or club, and financially finishing 17th in England is better than finishing 6-7th in Italy. If you don't think any multi club owner won't prioritise a premier League side of over a foreign side then you are mental my friend or just playing a game.

Apparently Sociedad are playing in Japan. Hopefully some movement after this. Nsno.
They lost 1-0 to V=Varen Nagasaki on the 21st and play Yokohama tomorrow... then that is it.

Surely if that was going to happen it would after that... surely they`d be getting the deal ready to go for when they fly back.

Well no, because it isn`t happening.
