Transfer Rumour Douglas Luiz

It never looks good when a player refuses to play or train for his club. We don't know the full circumstances and we have seen in the past headlines may not accurately what is happening.
We don't know the relationship between player and club . Is this the final straw of a player totally frustrated by a club who are treating him poorly or(probably more likely) a player being manipulated by his agent to generate another big money move.

Blue tinted specs? He is Brazilian, he wont care about Everton. Forest are in Europe, cash to burn and have a portuguese manager and some nice football. New ground aside, Forest hold the cards

no not total blue specs

bigger club bigger ambition bigger chance of consistency brand new rich
owners brand new big ground new era

he’s got better chance at us to have momentum

this time last year we woudnt have a chance never mind a “link”

sorry but you chose everton over forest as of now

Edit - have you seen our recent times?
So agree on the Portuguese manager but Europe ? Said this the other day , I’d kill for a chance of any European comp and the champions lge would be a huge draw but I can’t see the player as excited over trips to Lugano or shakhtar and forest might only make the conference and that can’t be enticing .

Like I say I’d love a jolly in Europe but I can’t imagine he’s dreamt of trips to Finland & Iceland

The fee is steep. If he pulls his weight here though as he has shown in the past, that is probably 4-5 years of a high quality player in his prime. But I feel the same I did when we signed Alan and Doucore at their prices. We need to actually do something. Get a Kubo. Get some fullbacks. Make this signing worth it because it will be a waste otherwise. Don't let this be a wet fart if we do sign him.
