He's nearly 21 and barely played a game and wouldn't get them in our first team either

Never heard of McConnell but hes got 2 England u20 caps this year.

So impressed the only other minutes he gave him were in their fa cup defeat to Plymouth.
He's no better than metcalfe

I think this right here is the main issue. Metcalfe, has more experience, is two footed, a better passing range and the same weaknesses.
