Dublin very lucky. Galway looping hand passed ball came off the crossbar with keeper nowhere when they were two ahead. That would have put 5 between them.

Dubs then went up and scored 2 points to equalize.

Looks like their fitness won the day in the end but Galway will really rue that chance that hit the bar near the end of normal time.

Actually don't mind who wins today, have friends in both. If Tipp can stay with Cork for the first 20 mins they've a great chance.

Never played it myself. When I was growing up only Gaelic Football and soccer in my school and locality in Dublin.

35 1/2 years living in Kilkenny and married to a Tipperary woman, I love the sport.

I was no use to my daughter when she played camógie (women's hurling), apart from being umpire at many of her matches - they're the two lads in white coats at each goal who signal scores and wides.

Incredible skill and fitness and all for no pay.

Tipp had too many silly wides and gave away a couple of poor discipline frees

A pity the goal ruled out but the player was definitely in the square when the pass was hit.

6 points is very recoverable in hurling but Tipp need to come out blazing.
