Free transfers are only worth it if they are good enough though. Considering KWP was set to move to beskitas, im not convinced we have missed out there. And was there many others better than him available?

Personally, I want the RW in by the US tour. I’d like a new CM before the league starts. I’m not overly worried when the rest of the squad fillers come in as I’m pretty relaxed that we will get them.

Reckon it could have been 'cos of the voodoo the mosh man mentioned? Call the x files in? Maybe they're waiting on an appraisal on BMD to gauge value and how much can be borrowed against? Maybe it's Moyes, he won't pull the trigger on some signings till he's seen em in the flesh?
Reckon there's a secret society of agents (similar to that John Wick rubbish) following Moyes around and alerting others to the players he fancies? Did the window reopen after the club world cup? How much holiday time did the players get allowed to have? Remember when Huddlestone put 2.5st on in 4 weeks? That's what you call a solid diet. Was still running it off in November.

Brighton, Brentford, Fulham, Bournemouth did a lot of business in the year they came up.

It can work if you have a good scouting and recruitment set up.

Time will tell with Sunderland but they have a fighting chance.

Our 1st US game is in 8 days.... We will likely be travelling out Mon/Tues next week at the latest!

When exactly will we be bringing in a RW by then?

I would love us to have 2-3 signings by the time the US tour begins.

It is not happening. We will have no new additions by the time we travel or our 1st US game.

No one gave them a hope against Sheff Utd in the playoffs ffs :lol: Sheff Utd!

They aren't suddenly gonna turn into a Prem side over the summer mate and I happen to quite like Sunderland as a club..
