2: Which of these players would be a reasonable fee and would have decent resale upside

I think its actually quite a low bar for Everton to compete this coming season.

We'd need huge luck with injuries & to make 2 or 3 key signings for the 11. But i dont 'fear' anyone outside the very top sides.

Yeah there's only about 9 positions villa are better than us in not counting massively better depth.

If we can't sell the club to this lad then we can't sell it to anyone. The family connection to the club doesn't come greater than we have with him. His relative literally came up with a club motto that we still use today.

Sit him down give him a Ball no.8 old shirt and hand him our new one with Mcatee no.8 on the back.
