As someone who has played video games since the 70s, and spent over a decade working in game development, I can safely say it's the finest open-world, story driven game ever made. It goes beyond just being a video game. It's an experience.
Come back and post your opinion of the game once you've finished the main story. I'd be interested to hear your take on it.

Not played the first. Had a look before hoping it would be on offer with the second one coming out, which it isn’t.

I think it is a bit divisive but I personally loved it. It took a while to get into though - I nearly gave up after the first few hours. I’m really glad I persisted with it. A very singular gaming experience.

I find him annoying with his never-ending act of pretending to hate absolutely everything, I get that's his whole thing I just think I'm bored of it now. That said, he has done some great playthroughs over the years.

Back in the day, the original EverQuest f'ed me up. Fond memories...f your maps, quest markers/hints; pure evil. True cooperation.

Really really enjoying Broken Arrow. Easily one of the best if not the best RTS games I’ve played. The only issue is the lack of a save function. Sometimes after 170mins of the meat grinder I might wanna little break without losing my progress devs…

Given the technical limitations at the time, SWOS 96/97 was a remarkably complete game. It still holds up to this day. I'd go as far to say it's the best sports game ever made.
