Bc most of the "stepping up interest" or "everton looking at" nonsense is made up garbage by people who have no real info or agents trying to drum up interest. No outside reason to make up that we agreed to pay the buyout.

Yeah, Ben Jacobs definitely knows more than literally any other source and this is a legitimate link.

But it's completely unsubstantiated, and therefore just a rumour. It may well turn out to be true, but just taking that purely at face value while in the same post complaining about people taking things at face value from someone like bobble, who we know regularly says things which turn out to be true, is a bit embarrassing. If you don't like hearing that, that's very much on you.
