I don't know @bobble personally amd I don't use twitter or his or anyone's patroen.

He seems a decent fella and I've enjoyed and appreciated the snippets of info I've read from him on here.

The pay thing doesn't really sit right with me though, not that I object to people earning a crust, just that I will never condone earning money of other Blues.

I remember when I had season tickets with my al fella and his mate and the first time one of them couldn't go when I was a teen I said I'll sell it outside the ground. My dad just said we don't take money from Blues and we just gave it away to anyone needing a spare outside the ground. Happened countless times after that, you're a Blue, you're my brother let's watch the match.

Obviously wouldn't give it to a divvie I'd have to sit next to for 90mins but the principle remains.

Anyway everyone has to make their choice and in the greater scheme of things Bobble is by no means a villain and I wish him nothing but love but my code wouldn't let me walk his path.

I tweet an awful lot when I could just deactivate. The podcast is an Everton Channel that covers a wide range of stuff including my bits. That’s all. What’s the issue? It’s no different to any other football content.

I come on here to defend myself from the same 6/7 people who think it’s ok to throw abuse or spin narratives for no apparent reason. I’ve read so many lies on here that it’s an absolute disgrace at times.

Regarding why I don’t reply a lot is because I have a family, a job, a 6 month old baby and time is important. I read an awful lot and choose to sometimes pipe up when things are becoming out of order. I don’t see any other journalist (who all sit behind paywalls) or ITK getting the abuse or same questions labelled at them as I do and I still tweet an awful lot of information on Twitter when I could just not bother.

Anyway, got nothing nice to say, then don’t say anything is my motto and on that note I hang my hat up on this forum and won’t be coming on again. I have always tried to be civil on here and polite but won’t be wasting my time any further.

That’s a nice story. When I was at Uni I used to meet a few blues to watch away matches in London. I was late for a game at West Ham and couldn’t get my ticket as my contacts had already gone in. Anyway, I was running around outside Upton Park trying to get a ticket and happened to bump into some West Ham fans who had a spare season ticket which they gave me for free. We won 4-0. Barmby hatrick. West Ham fans around me were absolutely sound. All knew I was a blue but didn’t care because I didn’t celebrate and just chatted to them. Had respect for West Ham ever since.
