New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I noticed before when watching the cricket that we are not the only sports team to have Hill Dickinson as a sponsor or partner, as Lancashire County Cricket Club also have Hill Dickinson advertising hoardings on the side of the pitch at Old Trafford.

EDIT: They are listed as partners on Lancashire's website.

You can, but we're on the eve of opening up a new stadium and the constant references to Goodison from the self appointed guardians of the club's identity (a stadium which everyone can still go and visit by the way) is not reading the room.
Self appointed guardians of the club’s identity? It’s a random twitter account.

And as for not reading the room…that’s some top level popcorning right there.

Does anyone know what the Hill Dickinson naming rights deal is worth?

Just reading that Spurs recent transfer splurge is based on a new naming rights deal with a Saudi company.

Can’t find any details on value but I read that ‘chairman Daniel Levy hopes to secure a naming rights package worth as much as £25 million a year for 15 years, which would earn the club a world record £375 million’

The rumour at signing was £10m per annum which would be a top 5 deal in Europe but others suggested it was nearer half that with various incentives that could bring it to £10m. We might get a clearer idea when accounts are published but they will not spell out specific deals so we will be guessing from overall changes in sponsorship and commercial revenues which will also be impacted by Castore and all the other new stadium partnerships.

If Spurs get anywhere near £25m it will be top two in Europe and reflect both the London multiplier and the Man City rule stretching effect if it also comes with ownership investment (be it Saudi or other). Not something we can compete with.

They`ve been looking for a naming rights deal for quite a while.
