Im still leaning toward the cup. Call me a traditionalist. But i know money talks more these days.

The best solution would be giving a Champions League place to the cup winners. Obviously not the League Cup though, as that’s a pointless tournament!

The cup has been massively devalued over the years. It's hard to believe we were fined for playing a "weakened side" in it. Now the rs and city etc just turn out their under 21s in the early rounds.

That’s a good point. For us, I think winning the FA Cup could be a key part of an early cycle towards become genuine regular contenders for honours.

We are one of the few teams that have the potential to organically challenge near the top on a sustained basis, though it requires unusually good management to unlock the potential.
