Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Definitely won't be able to fix everything in one window, maybe not even in one season, but for me RW is max priority, then RB, then a CM. (Part of me is still expecting our lustful pursuit of Gana to re-sign ends in his legs going completely this season).

I wouldn't even mind starting the season with O'Brien as RB if we get a marauding LB in as it worked well for us last season with the hybrid back 3.

Loans/Free can fill in some of the blanks. Sick of seeing us linked to people that are like £30m+ though - better value is out there.

That's because Moyes puts in the hard yards , does the scouting properly etc., until he is pretty sure.
The type of stuff that gets the more hysterical posters on here to come out with the "dithhering Davie" BS.
God alone knows where we would be if we followed their knee jerk whims over signings.
That was the Moshiri approach. And we do know where that got us...

CM for me just as important as right wing, we need starters in both positions, we could get away With RBack next season

Think that 3rd goalie will be a Begovic/Lonerghan style old guy, half coach and Tyrer will go out on loan again

Aye was just thinking the same. Japan would be a great market to tap into.

Ya mate, I think the business the women's team is doing is pretty interesting.
Looks really likely that we're going to do the same thing as Chelsea and Villa - selling the women's team to another holding company (TFG have already set up a new holding company for this purpose).

My suspicion is that the early transfer business and the fact that Goodison will be their home ground has all been done to beef up the value of the women's team before selling it in order to give the men's team even more room with regard to PSR.
