Crystal Palace and the Europa League

After the deadline. He said he didn't have 'decisive' influence at Palace.. literally 20 seconds after saying he had 'huge' influence at Palace
Yes, that's when he says he realised.(Baloney). Tbf it was never an option because at that time he was trying to buy Palace / sell his shares in Palace which he couldn't if they were in a Blind Trust. That's Textor. Generally says the first thing to come into his head to try to make him look good then contradicts himself if he thinks it will make him look good. Trumpian.

Just to add some perspective; Jordan and Textor are mates and talk regularly. Jordan will never miss an opportunity to have a swipe about Parish because Parish pulled Jordan’s pants down when he bought the club from the administrators in 2010.
Who was the owner when Palace crashed into administration? Why, it was that well known expert on all things football finance; Simon Jordan.

Listened to that this morning, he said he was that close to owning Everton that he made those comments about the future of the club as he was positive he was the new owner, just waiting for the transfer details to wire the money! Didn’t know that!
thought it was ringfenced?

Could be a blessing for Palace. The Conference League is much less demanding, particularly the earlier rounds.

I'm not sure who else qualifies for the Conference League next season, but generally speaking a Premier League club should be considered one of the favourites due to how the system is.
