Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Adingra potentially available at Brighton.

He's a nuisance him.
I had forgotten about him since he was unspectacular last season, but I have enjoyed watching him play for Brighton and previously for the Ivory Coast national team at AFCON. He would add pace and trickery to our right-wing, but I am wary of signing players who Brighton want off their books. Last time we did that, it didn't end well.

I rate some of their signings, I spoke to a Sunderland fan on this very site about that, but it can work both ways for them.

Who was the lad Burnley signed from Belgium that was player of the year? I don't even think he got a start under Kompany.
I think they're putting together a good side. They could do with bringing Henderson and maybe someone similar in to give them a bit more top level experience and guide the younger players through, but there's plenty of talent there.

I agree. Just highlighting that it can still go either way with their signings, like every signing to a degree.

Last post on Sunderland, don't want to derail the thread, but notice that a lot of their signings are AFCON legible. The likes of Diarra and Adingra certainly are. Maybe that's why Sunderland are signing them at ease. Other clubs are put off, etc.
