Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

whatever our PSR wiggle room is these owners have to put in every penny to that limit or for me they’re not here to see us kick on
I’m not sure exactly what impact selling Goodison to ourselves has on PSR but I’d like to think it gives us a bit of extra wiggle room. We need to be spending as close to 100 million as we can if we want to start competing further up the table. Anything less than that will see us settling for too many stop gap players.

Then you have the issue of moving them on…

This window is massive and as it stands it’s quite concerning

Other than Barry and Alcaraz do you reckon we will sign anyone for any real money?

I think it will be loans, frees and re signings to make up the numbers.
We'll buy at least 4 players that cost over £15m in my opinion (Barry included). It's all about how the payments are spread - on 2 counts. Amortisation for PSR and cashflow for us.

Don't think it will be a problem tbh. Add some frees and loans to that, don't sign Jack Harrison, and try to avoid playing Michael Keane, and we'll be cooking.
