I'm pretty sure most top clubs have a portfolio of homes that can be used by new signings until they sort themselves out. I know for a fact that Watford FC owned several flats for this exact reason.

Often players start off living in a hotel, unless one of the players that have left have a house they are looking to rent out, maybe DCL or Doucoure have got a nice house in Cheshire that they are no longer going to be using?
