Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Callum Wilson is always fit and turns into prime R9 whenever he plays against us, we should sign him just so we never have to face him again.

It's actually crazy how good he's been in games against us. Without the injuries I think he'd be a top top player.

He’ll end up back at Bournemouth and him and Junior Stanislas will get off their sick beds for precisely two games a season against us home and away. Adam Smith and Ryan Christie will somehow play as well and look like Cafu and Messi. Then you’ll never see any of them for the rest of the season.

The only Wilson that matters.

I’m still really curious to see what happens with Fellows. He seems to be coveted by a few - except West Brom?? Am I making things up in saying we agreed a pretty low transfer fee with them in January? Makes you wonder if 2 of these is possible. Kubo (starter) and Fellows as depth for what? 35/40 million? I’d take that.

Probably gives you a healthy amount to target a CM with.

Would have to get creative with RB and CM depth - loans, frees. Not ideal but Rome wasn’t built in a day and you’d be seriously upgrading your attack for the relative long term.

purely speculative of course, just think it’s unusual to have such a relative low price for a decent Championship player
Moyes apparently pulled the plug on fellows in January. So not sure he will go back in as maybe it was a Thelwell signing
