Yeh, I randomly get them for my eldest as she rarely goes these days so is not a member - seems not viable for this game

You should be able to get a refund on the one you've bought.

In order for the Club to obtain the necessary licence and safety certificates to operate the stadium at full capacity when it officially opens for the 2025/26 season, it is important that the designated attendance figure for each test event is met. For our third test event, this is 50,000 supporters.




If, for any reason, you are or become unable to attend, please contact Fan Centre here or by calling 0151 556 1878 (Mon - Fri, 10am - 4pm) so that your ticket can be reallocated to another supporter and a full refund can be issued.

Is it letting you add 2 tickets to the basket but then saying "not eligible"?
If so you need to assign one of the tickets to the member No. of the person you are buying for BEFORE you can proceed to checkout.
