He's on a playing contract. If he'd been given a coaching role I don't think anyone, other than @PhoenixIreland, would have batted an eyelid. But a players wage and one of our 25 squad registrations mean that he absolutely must be considered as a player not a coach.

Agree on Doak mate he’d be my choice and his skill set covers a lot of bases.

Haven’t seen the Japanese lad people are raving about mind.

I can guarantee that most of them haven't either. Such a triviality is not a reason not to have a strong opinion on a player.

Jeez just over 160000 Euro per week at Juve. Think Italian figs are also quoted after tax too. That would be too rich a deal for us.
