Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

No doubt it's been said before on threads, thar we need those impact from the bench type players too. Is it a priority for this window? Would we actually spend cold hard cash on a so called 15 minute player? Or would it be more likely we are looking to fill a couple of loan spots later in the window?

It's a difficult one imo.

Beto would describe the perfect 'inpact from the bench type player for me. However, him and his camp were making noises Pre-Moyes that this wasn't good enough understandably. However, we do need that kind of quality from the subs to progress too I think once the starting 11 is closer to what we need. Plenty for the committee and Moyes to weigh up.

I was thinking this about McAtee and Kubo being left footed + Fellows right footed.

However, the rumour was that we were going to sign Fellows in Jan. Also that Moyes pulled the plug on deals -- even for a rumoured £10mil ish fee.

Would it make sense to go back in for him now after Moyes didnt proceed in Jan?

If we are looking at 2 players a position then we have:

LW: Ndiaye / McNeil
ACM: Alcaraz
RW:

So we'd need 3 players. This would be a surprise and I think we'll go for 1 RW and another who can play ACM & one of the wide positions at least.
Also say spread across a 5 year deal for psr even at 10 mill be 2 mill a season, id take a chance on him. If that meant we could get a top class winger in and him as the second to hopefully try get in.
Kubo is too good to be true. I would be all over that though.
Yeah is he honestly kno nothing about the lad just hope whoever we bring in can also score goals.

I think Beto starts the season. Up to him to keep the shirt.

I have seen a couple of things linking him with Atlanta recently but having got rid of DCL I’d be surprised if we let Beto go
