Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Yeah for me anyway I’d always prefer one inverted and one orthodox at any given time to at least have the option of just delivering crosses- you mix up the threat. On the left we have both options (McNeil / Ndiaye) and would be good to have both options on the right also.

I was thinking this about McAtee and Kubo being left footed + Fellows right footed.

However, the rumour was that we were going to sign Fellows in Jan. Also that Moyes pulled the plug on deals -- even for a rumoured £10mil ish fee.

Would it make sense to go back in for him now after Moyes didnt proceed in Jan?

If we are looking at 2 players a position then we have:

LW: Ndiaye / McNeil
ACM: Alcaraz
RW:

So we'd need 3 players. This would be a surprise and I think we'll go for 1 RW and another who can play ACM & one of the wide positions at least.

And that would be exciting - the problem is so far we’ve signed Keane, Colman and are strongly rumoured to go with Harrison

I think these extensions & the Tagliafico + Harrison links, along with the move for Tete are all to keep costs low so theres more to spend elsewhere.

From the echo it looks like Keane has been extended as Tete didnt proceed. So i think the money we were going to use on a CB could now be used elsewhere.

If he’s married /partner she’ll have the final word if he stays in Spain or not

I believe he is single.
