Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

If you ever have any spare time Val , Mrs Js rescue would love you to come and help at their fundraising days?
Let me have any dates and I’ll see if I am free. This was the first one I have done and I have to say I’m knackered 😂. It was very rewarding though to see much needed cash being raised for the pooches and some of the dogs who were rescued in the past came along - it was great to see them being spoiled and adored 💙

Good morning all. Chris should be out of hospital today - he is being switched to oral steroids instead of IV so that's good too. What does concern me though( and maybe this is overprotective Mum manifesting) is that he had a dodgy looking mole removed a couple of weeks ago and had biopsies yesterday. The results will not be available for up to 8 weeks for the mole and two weeks for the biopsies. Surely, and this would apply to anyone, given that he already has a Stage 3 melanoma cancer diagnosis, those procedures could be fast tracked. To me, time is of the essence in these situations. A positive result after 8 weeks means that 8 weeks of treatment options have gone by and things could spread in that time. Hopefully we won't come to that.
I'm going to aqua aerobics in a few minutes.I hope this pic makes you laugh as much as I did. Charlotte took Frankie to a parent/baby session at the village hall yesterday. It was all about giving the babies sensory experiences. In the 'introduce yourself to the person next to' part, he was sick on his neighbour. Charlotte sent me this. He was less than impressed with his hat!View attachment 315655
Of course you’re going to worry, in these situations nothing seems to happen in a fair, reasonable and speedy fashion. I’m sure you’ve shared your concerns with the consultant but keep on at them.
Frankie looks so cute 💙. Cis has discovered teeth grinding and spitting- she’s going to be so ladylike- just like her grandma 😂 ( not that I do either to be fair).

Not seen either of them to be honest. I went to Salem in 2017 when I decided to take myself on holiday to Boston (long story) and Salem was great for a museum nerd like me.
I find that time so interesting- how people went to America and founded the universities like Harvard and Yale and their interactions with the native Indians. I learned a lot about it doing our family tree - fascinating

Good morning all on this gloomy day here ,I hope all as well as can be and had a good night .Not much happening here I am itchy to get picking mushrooms but the boss says let them grow ! We will try @Val P 's film today I think .We too have a list but this seems to be the kind we enjoy most .It ws nice hear Tarks is back on the grass it bodes well for the start of the season.
Have a great day all COYB

Morning, cloudy here and storms forecast for later. Although I’m not looking forward to the thunder and lightning the rain will be welcome. Everywhere needs freshening up, the grass has turned completely brown hereabouts.
Glad the fundraising was a success @Val P, Cicely practising for life as a Blue by the sounds of it… we spend a lot of our time feeling like grinding our teeth and spitting.🤣
Have a good day, all.💙

Google tells me it doesn’t exist beyond the realm of Stephen King. My favourite author from teenage years to present day.
If you're stuck for something to do this evening mate the girls performance at Eurockeennes is being streamed live by ARTE TV on their ARTE Concert YouTube channel at 7pm. The sound quality on ARTE's music videos are generally top notch.
