Good morning all. Chris should be out of hospital today - he is being switched to oral steroids instead of IV so that's good too. What does concern me though( and maybe this is overprotective Mum manifesting) is that he had a dodgy looking mole removed a couple of weeks ago and had biopsies yesterday. The results will not be available for up to 8 weeks for the mole and two weeks for the biopsies. Surely, and this would apply to anyone, given that he already has a Stage 3 melanoma cancer diagnosis, those procedures could be fast tracked. To me, time is of the essence in these situations. A positive result after 8 weeks means that 8 weeks of treatment options have gone by and things could spread in that time. Hopefully we won't come to that.
I'm going to aqua aerobics in a few minutes.I hope this pic makes you laugh as much as I did. Charlotte took Frankie to a parent/baby session at the village hall yesterday. It was all about giving the babies sensory experiences. In the 'introduce yourself to the person next to' part, he was sick on his neighbour. Charlotte sent me this. He was less than impressed with his hat!
