Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Not sure about better weather...I take the uk weather before sevilla...summer there is just unbearable and is getting worst every year whilst our summers are getting better. Oviedo is an interesting shout. They have rich owners and want to ensure they build a team to stay up.

yh not rarely over 40 there.

I wouldn‘t go as for as saying the future for Everton currently looks better than Sevilla. They have many problems there.

Just joking mate, he was really good and highly rated when he started out, remember the goal against United, but his career just stagnated along the way, shame really seemed a decent lad.
Was so exciting to watch when he first broke through.

All over the pitch, socks pulled down. Hair swooshing in the wind. He just never kicked on from there sadly.

Thought he got a bit of a raw deal with how quickly he became the whipping boy for some, but thems the ropes for a lot of young lads breaking through unfortunately.

I have no idea what's the total budget. We have spent a bit more than 40m so far on Alcaraz and Barry and my guess is we have another 50-60 to go.

Still we need about 8 players, so despite Gallagher is a good player and probably worth the price, I'd say no in the current situation.
I'm not entirely sure on the intracacies and there are enough transfers nerds on here to correct me, but because two players cost 40 million in total, doesn't knock the same amount off our budget as we don't pay it all in one lump sum.

Basically your statement of how much we have / have left to spend is probably wrong in every regard
