2024/25 Jack Harrison

Always thought Harrison was such a strange player, two footed with a great first touch but his output was utterly horrendous. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Moyes went back in for him but really hoped we had set our sights higher for that right side.

Yeah will say that about Jack he had a fine first touch..it was just about everything else after it that let him down.

I’m just hoping this doesn’t s just rumours doing the rounds. There is no justification for going back to Harrison based on last years form. Due to his age, he’s not going to get any better. However I’ll have serious concerns if we do resign him, as RW is a position we are crying out for quality and Harrison isn’t that.

Agree with that totally, we haven't had a really good right winger for ages, was Mirallas played on the right ?

Delly-fellow the Spanish lad with spelling issues from Barca was the last true RW we've had, he wasn't great but had a lovely step, step, step over. Did it ad nausium, till either the ball went out or he got out of puff and fell over.
Walco.... just no.

I don’t buy that he's the worst player ever so it seems with the majority of comments. Sure his end product has been very poor I'm not sure he's coming back anyway. The only thing that I would bang on about is the lack of squad depth.

If we get some statement signings over the next few weeks then they slip this one in at the end of August I wouldn't pisss the bed over it.

What did you see in two seaons under two different managers that made you think ‘yes this time he’ll be good’

I didn't say he'll be good. In fact I said he's been very poor. On the other hand if he's brought back that means Moyes sees something good or useful.

It wouldn’t surprise me and I think the value proportion of the deal would appeal.

Why would we do it is, Moyes will love he can play that auxiliary hybrid support full back role. Particularly if Jake remained the live right full option.

A Kilbane for this generation (yes I know they are different players).

Jack Harrison has been trying to get an MLS club to buy him. That’s how unlikely it is he’d be coming back.
