Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

I think Gallagher may fancy jumping ship out of Atletico simply because he went from star midfielder to random sub over the course of the season.

He's an all action player. Those claiming he wasnt "good" at Chelsea sound like they dont know what theyre talking about.

The Chelsea fanbase saw him as a fan on the pitch, all heart, never give up attitude. Yes he didnt have the stats he had at Palace where he played the Doucoure role, instead he had the stats of a box-to-box central midfielder.

If we had him then you know that it would be that infectious dogs of war attitude in the middle. Very Everton.
Forgotten just how high his stock was back then. We're going to be linked to a procession of players for weeks to come but be nice to get one done that has hardly been mentioned/linked to us.

Moyes has been spotted at Anfield laying a wreath. Perhaps now he's back in the country, deals will progress more swiftly?
I was surprised at Utd announcing a signing this morning tbh. I think it sensible and respectful to leave things alone until at least tomorrow and possibly Monday with the sad news about Jota. That doesn’t say work stops but any announcements can (and should imo) wait.

Disagree. Leave those that want to mourn to mourn but everyone else should be carrying on as normal now.

Fans would absolutely love him for his work rate alone. He has his deer in headlights moments in attack at times, but it’s usually just noticeable because he’s involved in everything. Since his breakout at Palace I’ve always just placed him in the too expensive for what he provides category, but would be an intriguing one no doubt.
