It is perfectly normal to sign pre contract agreements, I`d suggest it hasn`t been announced because it hasn`t been done, perhaps because of Fulhams revised offer.

I’m hopeful Tete chooses us over the comfort of staying at Fulham, but I’m worried it’s one of those where he’ll stick in London due to being settled there, even if their offer is a bit worse.

Keane signing would save us a headache but I reckon he goes back to Burnley.
