This year he has turned the corner and is looking and feeling much better ,he actually went to a BBQ last weekend with a close friend from childhood who is aware of the whole situation and sort of looks out for him .There is talk of him going to San Francisco if it all works out ,I better renew my passport ,which might be a problem as it has expired and they frown on that ,the other option is to get Finnish citizenship and a Finnish passport ,despite all my criticism of the UK I still feel that it is my nationality and I am reluctant to change this late in life ,who knows what the pension people would say or do .
They gave him a pair of these as a gift :-

Morning, I'm ok, got started on new meds for my headaches, they're trying me on naproxen and gabapentin, only a couple of days in though so no idea if they're working or not but at least It's something.

Other than that not much happening Daisy is ok had a run around with a springer this morning and she's got a couple of new friends, whose dogs had died recently but have bought a new dog, one's a springer pup called Teddy and a staffie that the owner hasn't named yet but was called lexi.

That's it exciting times lol.

I have been getting in to this band though, I love the way they have fun with their music and they're a lot better than I expected, there are harsh vocals as well they're a mix of metal and tekkno(their spelling)

Not my kind of music but I couldn't stop tapping my feet !
 
My new PC still hasn't arrived. I bought it on the 18th and it says 5-11 working days and by god they've used every single second up. I wouldn't be so bothered but there's been no communication or anything, so i am just waiting everyday hoping it turns up.

I should have paid the tenner for next day delivery, the only things I added were a better cooling system and a bigger SSD, hardly making it from scratch, a bit peeved so far.
 

Good morning all on this misty one here .I hope all are well after a good kip and wake refreshed for the new day . Not much happening here other tahn ambushing later on .We watched a kids's film yesterday "Clifford the big red dog " we loved it ,it really is true that we have a second childhood .Have a great day all . Morning everyone,

Just back from our Greek trilogy of Islands , well 4 if you count Santorini for one night but I'd rather not as we were only there for a night before getting the plane home.

Had a great time on Milos , Sifnos and Folegandros but not so much on the tacky island of Santorini.

Very windy throughout the 2 weeks and in the last few days incredibly hot and humid.

Glad to be home and see the pooches.

Loads to do in the garden and need to go and collect mum from respite care.

So, have a lovely day everyone.

You should come to the Costa del Moray mate , got everything Greek , restaurants , Ancient Greek ships…..I was part of a 4 person relay around The Moray Way 100 miles yesterday. This was taken in Burghead harbour , there’s a couple more in Buckie harbour. They’re filming Christopher Nolan’s new film “ The Odyssey” with lots of photos Friday of Matt Damon at the local gym.
