There will be a new ratio model (maybe season 26/27). come in mate but it will be similar to PSR in the sense you will be restricted on what you can spend by what you make.

If we are doing something similar, then we have £200 mil as a fair market guide - what we have to add to overall package Chelsea didn’t was a stadium.

As PSR goes if we get anything like 200 mill for the women’s team - we can essentially spend what we want - just like Chelsea, be an actual and a PSR bonanza.
Would be interesting to see how much they value goodison at. Chelsea Ladies was worth £200m and they have won the league and most of the cups for like the last 6/7 years.

Would we be worth half of that without goodison?

The women's team have been reasonably successful historically mate and TFG have been investing to add value to it - i think they take the women's team and league very seriously and its a key objective to nurture, cultivate, grow it and add value to it mate. Women's football is really going to be a growth areas in the next decades - its going to be big - thats my opinion and if you look at the trend amongst ownerships the savy ones are investing and cultivating it.

In terms of how much its worth i think you have a lot of flexibility given what Chelsea did - a distinguishing piece for us is - is if Goodison is included that a significant piece of infrastructure. Id be trying to get very close to that if i was doing it.

From a club point of view, i presume they may be selling this somewhere else within the group - if that's the case what we could see is a separation of Everton Woman from Everton football - which includes Goodsion. That might be fine, Villa for example dont own Villa Park anymore - its somewhere within there ownership group. But potentially you could have Everton Football Club somewhere in the group and Everton Women somewhere else in the group as sperate franchises/assets that can be bought and sold independently. But that would be a way off - of having any consequence.

That was one of the weirdest narratives I have ever seen on here and on Everton twitter; people were posting stuff about how ridiculous it was that the Josimar people were "obsessed" with 777 and acting like the sources weren't legitimate. In reality it was obviously a massive story in world football, with an ownership group that didn't seem to have all that much real wealth somehow having control of clubs in Italy, Belgium, Germany, Brasil, and Australia, plus a large stake in a big club in Spain and trying to buy another big club in England. And the sources were almost uniformly public filings, not rumours.
Like, people were having a go at journalists who could best be described as trying to help save us from scammers taking control after they did so in other places with disastrous results, and who based their judgments off ironclad proof.

It was strange. "What is their angle? Who benefits from this? Why are they doing this?" It was conspiracy theory-level questioning with fact-based, public information staring them right in the face.
