Castore - get rid?

That should be it moving forwards, an option to purchase the shirt without a sponsor. A great move by the club, one which I'm sure will go down well with the fans who strongly opposed gambling companies on the shirt.

I do wonder how that would impact future sponsorship deals though, as that's surely a key part of the contract - having the sponsor's logo printed on all replica kits.
There should be an option for EITC logo on the front.

Want to see what it looks like in person, but I think it is not for me. Which is a shame as I would have liked to buy the first kit at the new stadium.

All they had to do was make it plain blue and it would have sold bucket loads, they had to go make it marmite..

I think the sponsorship is primarily about the sponsor being on the kit worn by the actual players on the pitch, becasue 1.8 billion people are watching the game worldwide. The fans wearing the shirt, shouldn't really make a difference.

We have never had Stake on the children's kits, But you will always get people who want the kit to be exactly the same as the players, regardless of what they think of Stake. My friends son wanted an adult top because it looks like the players kit.

They’d sell just as many shirts if they swapped the home and away shirts every 2 seasons like back in the 90s. They could do a “special” third shirt every season.

They end up getting heavily reduced anyway after half a year.

Tempting.

Premier League Central Register of Club Gambling Related Agreements Clause 3.5.2 of the code: “Ensuring that mechanisms exist to enable supporters to have the ability to purchase adult replica kits that do not include gambling sponsorship logos, in the event that they are not otherwise available for purchase.”
Oh ace, that's great. So at least we know it wasn't a goodwill gesture by the club. 😆
