We already have swimming and watersports from Nelson down to Princes Docks, even a sauna in the latter. Presume the water quality is good enough already.

Good enough but hardly treated. Worth noting there will also be a lot of unexploded WW2 bombs in there, as we had numerous in BMD which had to be removed and have controlled explosions.

I sorted it all yesterday mate. I had a few spare hours with it being Fathers Day and no work, so went down with me hammer, Stanley knife, pritstick and sellotape and boxed off all the remaining corporate spaces.

Well it's never gonna be Evian standard really but pretty much every dock down to Coburg is in use for some activity (and has been for years) so it must be of sufficient quality bombs or not.
