Thomas Frank

He looks more like Thomas Tuchel without the cap.

I assume he will apologise to that journalist who asked him if he was staying last month and he pretended to be offended at the notion.

Franks is very adaptable, doesn't carry a huge ego like the aussie who backed himself into a corner. Despite the weekly excuses that is a really good squad and a few tweaks I think they surprise a few next season. Its a tough gig but Frank has a far far better chance of being a success than that aussie lump who really belongs in the spl

I wonder if he`ll raid Brentford for a few of their key players ?

Spurs have got a lot of average players in that squad, who they paid big bucks for and who`ll they probably have to take a hit on to shift and we all know how much Levy loves doing that !

A very good manager - but the wrong appointment, in my view.

The circumstances mean he is being set up to fail unless he hits the ground running immediately. They won a cup with the previous guy - and still sacked him. So, Frank will need silverware. He will also need to have Spurs higher in the table than he had Brentford - so that's coming from 17th to 9th at a minimum. It's hard to win trophies. I give him 16 months.
