I love the Ambrose McGrath building behind it, too - that could be renovated into something really impressive.

Lovely building,sympathetic to the area just needs a polish up and some TLC you could do all sorts with this.

Yes, definitely.

I think preserving the heritage buildings round there is really important. It helps anchor Everton to the history of the city, which is where we should be - not just in the middle of modern development.

It does look good, but the club really have just plopped a stadium down and nothing else lmao. It's like them, peel and the council didn't actually believe it was going to happen and now its here, opening in 2 months, with nothing else ready.
