Big Neville Southall
Player Valuation: £8m
The Street End is classed as the lower now rather than the whole stand. Upper and LowerThe question was which would be the New Street end mate.
Not who is seated or standing.
All 13,000 of them kiddo.

The fella who's doing the marquee over the road talking about us playing Roma at BM in July?
Really don’t want to be a naysayer, but this tent in a car park doesn’t seem to have been thought through, and I’m not sure it will work. During the summer it might be ok, but in the winter when it is freezing cold, and rainy and windy, I don’t see a tent being the nicest place to be. Depending on the prices, probably best to have a drink in the stadium pre and post match.
Wow, some people really will find any excuse to post something negativeHow mad is it that the club didn't get involved in a kind of All or Nothing series documenting behind the scenes at the last season of Goodison park? Joke really.
He basically said he doesn’t give a hoot about the new stadium and the fans will be fractured etc, etc. I just wish he’d start being a little more positive. I always wanted him at the club in some way or form, not sure I would now. But, maybe he has been treated badly by the club too, not sure?
It's not a tent. It will be pretty solid and have heating. There's a big marquee at allerton golf and it is pretty comfortable all year round.Really don’t want to be a naysayer, but this tent in a car park doesn’t seem to have been thought through, and I’m not sure it will work. The bit in bold is the key thing here. Goodison hasn't been a "fortress" in years, so even if we are a bit rubbish at BMD for a while it won't realistically be any different! That seems to have been a concern for other teams, and maybe it will have some impact.
But our home record has been pretty dreadful anyway and if it got any worse, then we would be in the relegation mix. With the squad overhaul, that shouldn't be in anyone's plan.
We should have better players, and will have more fans in. I think we'll be fine.

Minor issue but are we going to have some white seats, in the form of EFC like at Goodison? Are we going to have an actual badge on the outside?
While I agree with the seats, I’m not expecting to see EFC or any Everton branding on them, I fully expect our Texan overlords to flog every millimetre of usable space for sponsor branding (unfortunately)
I think the ‘Evertonisation’ of the stadium will remain subtle due to the general design, think Allienz Arena for example. Very little Bayern or Munchen (when they were there) branding.
Some of the wind mitigation bits and there’s some fabric flag type stuff to hang from the lights etc iirc.
Think if it were to be any bolder it would have been on the renderings and artist impressions long before now.
Think thisis as much as we can expect and tbh I’m content with it (albeit would still prefer the East and West roof elevation lighting to be more of a glow than the camp stove effect)

The stuff that happens at this club wouldn't be believable. How mad is it that the club didn't get involved in a kind of All or Nothing series documenting behind the scenes at the last season of Goodison park? Joke really.
No thank you, I stopped visiting that world a long time agoWelcome to DAVES WORLD !!

No delay, I flew my drone over the site last Saturday, hardly any vehicles on Nelson Dock or around BMD. If it was delayed it would be rammed 24/7I’m no expert but surely if they work flat out on getting these corporate areas done then they’ll be finished within a month or two. Talk of it being delayed until Sept/Oct seems ridiculous tbh.
