I remember the season before last, v Villa. Dom was played clean through down the middle. I knew he would hit it weakly straight at Emi Martinez. Martinez knew it, everyone in the stadium knew it, probably Dom himself knew it.

And ultimately, you just can’t have that feeling from your number 9.
Which was bizarre as he made nearly the exact same run at Villa Park in the LC and scored it
 

There was one part where he was talking about Seamus being a hugely influential figure behind the scenes (which I am not disputing, btw) and how there have been countless times when he's needed to step in and rally the troops. Jake, the presenter, asked if he'd share one specific example of when that happened, and he wasn't able to give one. Haha.

He also talked about how some of his non-football activities might have come out at inconvenient times, without being too specific, but it was clear it was about him dressing up like a little girl at a time when he was either constantly injured or just playing crap. Can't help but feel this podcast is another example of bad timing!
